The Ministry of Mines of Guinea agrees to Lindian Resources' acquisition of 61% stake in Woula bauxite project

Recently, Lindian Resources, a bauxite developer listed on the ASX, has obtained the consent of the Guinea Ministry of Mines to strategically acquire a 61% stake in the Woula bauxite project. Lindian believes that Woula has the ability to transport ore directly and can rely on the transportation and export infrastructure of the Guinea bauxite industry.

Lindian will evaluate various infrastructure and production options, and the company will conduct business discussions with relevant infrastructure owners to seek the right to use the roads and ports required for the direct transportation of 1 million tons of ore each year.
